We live and breathe our values: Connection | Creativity | Respect | Communication | Passion What the role entails As a Performance Executive, you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns across various digital channels. You will work closely with senior team members to drive conversions and ensure our clients achieve their marketing goals. This role requires a blend of creativity, strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and a keen interest in staying up to date with the latest marketing trends. Responsibilities: Assist in developing and implementing social media marketing strategies to engage audiences and drive account growth. Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against set campaign goals. Identify trends, audit performance and optimize spend and performance based on insights. Strategic competitor analysis using tools such as the ads library and google transparency center. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies and campaign ideas. Analyse data to identify problems and opportunities. Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing. Collaborate with internal departments across teams such as social media, content, and PR. Strong understanding of marketing funnels and objectives, and the ability to develop and execute performance strategies tailored to each stage, ensuring full-funnel campaign effectiveness. Assist in deploying successful marketing campaigns and oversee their implementation from ideation to execution. Stay on top of marketing trends and tools, and proactively seek opportunities to upskill. Who you are Ideally you will have: Bachelor's degree (or higher) in any related field with a strong quantitative background. Proven experience up to 2 years in performance/ digital marketing. Extensive experience in managing in-house digital performance marketing at technology companies (such as e-commerce, retail, FMCG, hospitality) is preferable. Practical knowledge of digital marketing tools, including Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn ads, and other media buying channels. Understanding of analytics and current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices. Proven ability to set up and manage conversion tracking using tools such as Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and UTM parameters. Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4), CMS web-analytics, attribution models, and marketing dashboards. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP etc.) and PowerPoint for performance reporting. Experience with Looker Studio and Power BI is a plus. Strong technical and data analysis skills. Creative mindset with strong campaign ideation abilities. Strategic and analytical thinking with the ability to translate quantitative and qualitative data into marketing strategies. Excellent written and communication skills. Self-motivated and willing to take on new challenges. Basic understanding of SEO and Google analytics.
