Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Performance Marketing Manager, as the Performance Marketing Executive, you are an analyst at heart and has an innate desire to make data meaningful. You love a good Excel pivot table, are a Google Analytics lover, are highly methodical and have a natural curiosity around discovering “the why” behind “the what”.
This role is being offer as hybrid – 4 x days in the office/1 x work from home.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Analytics & Reporting

  • Work with the marketing, revenue and digital agency leaders to analyse, direct and improve accommodation campaigns.
  • Extensive involvement with the analytical and reporting function of the Performance Marketing team, focused on all aspects of marketing analysis (campaign and channel performance) with the goal of providing recommendations to achieve overall marketing objectives.
  • Analysis of performance marketing channel data across programmatic, paid search, paid social, email and meta, to enhance audience targeting and drive creative optimisation.
  • Gather brand data on customer interactions consolidating into actionable items, reports and presentations.
  • Analysis of chain wide campaign transactional and channel data, providing commentary and recommendations to improve future campaigns.

Tactical Campaigns

  • Drive hotel tactical campaigns with analysis of CRM and transactional data, providing recommendations on future packages, audience targeting and appropriate performance marketing channels.
  • Support hotel tactical campaign conversion, reviewing rate, device and market parity and package availability.
  • Support execution and analysis of campaigns across programmatic, paid search and meta channels including tagging and trafficking of assets.
