QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing, marketing strategy, agency, or management consulting experience, with a strong interest or focus on digital, ecommerce, performance marketing, data analytics, and campaign optimization.
  • 1-2 years crafting compelling, simple, executive ready strategy decks; strong level of comfort with PowerPoint.
  • High level of proficiency in Excel and marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, CRM platforms, and data visualization software; high comfort level with data
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, creative problem-solving, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for simplifying complex ideas for diverse audiences.
Responsibilities

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performance Marketing & Data-Driven Decision-Making

  • Assist in designing, documenting, and executing performance marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.
  • In partnership with centralized marketing intelligence team, use and interpret analytics tools to measure the impact of cross-channel initiatives on brand-specific KPIs and refine strategies based on performance insights.
  • Leverage performance dashboards to track KPIs, share actionable insights with the broader team, and coordinate the activation and implementation of new performance marketing strategies based on insights
  • Monitor industry trends and identify new performance opportunities to keep campaigns competitive.
