YOU WILL HAVE EXPERIENCE OF:

  • Managing large budgets
  • Leading effective and efficient digital marketing campaigns, delivering against Commercial outcomes
  • Using data and insights to adapt and optimise marketing campaigns to drive marketing effectiveness
  • Managing multi-channel marketing campaigns with expertise across a spectrum of channels.
  • Building and developing a high performing team with performance marketing at it’s heart
Responsibilities
  • Work with our agency and Head of Retail Marketing to define and own a clear and communicable performance marketing roadmap
  • Lead performance marketing best practice, working closely with agency and platforms to deliver best in class performance marketing
  • Manage the delivery of the performance marketing roadmap – ensuring alignment with Performance Marketing Managers and Marketing Leads
  • Lead the improvement of paid media reporting and insight to better inform our business of current trading performance and opportunity
  • Lead our Marketing Technology roadmap alongside the Head of Media to deliver efficient growth
  • Be the figurehead and thought leader for performance marketing best practice – building close relationships to ensure performance marketing has a voice when decisions are made
  • Ensure collaboration across BUs by bringing an integrated view of planning and best practice
  • Lead the SEO team to maximise areas of efficiency and bring the learnings of both channels together
