Performance Marketing Lead, Global Department: Marketing Employment Type: Full Time Location: Paris Compensation: €70,000 - €90,000 / year Description Upway is the leading platform selling refurbished e-bikes in Europe and the US. Our mission is to make electric mobility accessible to everyone. With a very ambitious plan for the years to come, we are expanding our Performance Marketing team in order to fuel our rapid growth. As Performance Marketing Lead at Upway, you will define our roadmap, allocate budget efficiently, lead a high performing team and ultimately drive customer acquisition and revenue growth globally. This role is ideal for an analytical, data-driven professional with proven people leadership skills, who thrives in a fast-paced, B2C e-commerce environment. Key Responsibilities Strategy: Build a comprehensive Performance Marketing roadmap (SEA & SEO, paid Social Media, GEA & GEO, etc.) aiming at driving traffic and generating revenues for Upway globally in an increasingly efficient way. Budget Management: Plan and allocate our Performance Marketing budget (millions of Euros per year!) efficiently across Markets and Channels, for both the Supply and Demand sides of our business. Leadership: Lead a high performing team to execute our plan; set a strong culture of ownership, innovation and resilience. Tracking: Closely monitor campaigns performance by implementing best practices in terms of attribution and by building dashboards. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise 10+ years of experience in Performance Marketing and related Marketing fields (e.g., SEO), with a track record of improving spend efficiency. Proven experience leading high performing teams. Stellar analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions. An entrepreneurial, results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership. Proficiency with Performance Marketing platforms (mostly Google Ads and Meta Ads). Experience working with Performance Marketing tracking tools and attribution mechanisms (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager). Great communication skills to present results in an informative and persuasive way to a wide range of stakeholders (Co-Founders, General Managers, Tech).
