Roveia Health is our specialized growth division focused on telehealth, health & wellness, and digital health brands — helping companies in the GLP-1, supplements, and patient acquisition space scale through performance marketing. Across both brands, we manage millions in monthly ad spend across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok — serving clients from early-stage startups to 8-figure consumer brands. Fully remote. The Role We're hiring a Performance Marketing Lead to execute and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across a portfolio of Roveir and Roveia Health client accounts. This is a mid-level, multi-channel execution role. You're comfortable running Meta and Google as your core channels and can support on YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn when needed. You'll work closely with Senior Performance Marketing Leads, account managers, and creative teams to drive measurable results across your accounts. You'll be responsible for day-to-day campaign execution, optimization, and performance reporting. Agency experience is required. You've worked across multiple client accounts, you understand how to manage competing priorities, and you take ownership of campaign outcomes. What You'll Own Campaign Execution Build, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads as primary channels Manage budgets, bidding strategies, audience structures, and creative rotations across multiple accounts Execute campaign structures aligned to funnel stages and client objectives Multi-Channel Execution Run Meta (Feed, Stories, Reels), Google (Search, PMax, YouTube, Display), and support on LinkedIn and TikTok where relevant Adapt execution to each channel's strengths and each client's funnel Ensure tracking integrity across platforms — pixels, GA4, GTM, and conversion events Testing & Optimization Execute creative testing in collaboration with designers and creative teams Run A/B tests across audiences, creatives, copy, and campaign structures Monitor daily performance and proactively flag issues and opportunities Reporting & Communication Support performance reporting with clear insights and optimization notes Communicate performance drivers and learnings to account managers and senior leads Stay current with platform updates, best practices, and new features What We're Looking For Must-Haves 2–4 years of hands-on paid media experience Agency background is required — you've managed multiple client accounts simultaneously Solid working knowledge of both Meta Ads and Google Ads Experience running campaigns across tech, SaaS, eCommerce, health, or similar verticals Comfortable executing from strategic direction while contributing your own optimization thinking Data-driven, detail-oriented, and self-directed Fluent English, written and verbal Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment Strong Signals Has managed $20K–$200K+ in monthly ad spend across multiple accounts Has executed creative testing processes and can brief creative teams effectively Experience in telehealth, health & wellness, B2B SaaS, or DTC Comfortable with GA4, Looker Studio, and conversion tracking setup Looking to grow into a senior role and takes ownership seriously You're Not the Right Fit If: You've only ever managed one channel You need constant direction to execute campaigns You've never managed more than one or two accounts at a time You treat reporting as pulling numbers rather than communicating what they mean Nice to Have Experience with LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, or YouTube as a primary channel Familiarity with CRO, landing page testing, and experimentation frameworks Experience with UGC creative workflows and performance creative strategy Exposure to patient acquisition, telehealth, or regulated health verticals What We Offer $55,000 – $80,000 CAD annually, based on experience Fully remote, globally distributed team Clear growth path toward Senior Performance Marketing Lead Exposure to high-spend, high-growth client accounts across two brands Direct collaboration with senior marketers, creative leads, and account managers Work closely with operators and alumni from Facebook and Tesla Hiring Process Application Review — We'll review your background and account experience First Interview — Intro call covering your experience, channel depth, and agency background Second Interview — Deeper conversation with a senior team member or the CEO Practical Screen — Walk us through a real account you've managed: what you ran, how you optimized, and what results you drove Apply now and help us scale great companies through performance-driven marketing.
