THE OPPORTUNITY We're looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to own acquisition across paid media, lead a high-performance team, and partner deeply with creative, tech, and analytics to scale customer growth across channels. This isn’t a siloed PPC role. It’s a high-leverage seat at the table where you’ll influence strategy, messaging, team structure, and growth planning. You’ll work in tight loops with creative and brand teams to test big ideas quickly—and kill what doesn’t work even quicker. Responsibilities Lead paid growth strategy across core and emerging channels Own the full-funnel acquisition roadmap across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms like TikTok and AppLovin Set budget allocation, ROAS targets, and test plans based on CAC and LTV performance Translate performance data into clear decisions across creative, messaging, and media mix Drive performance through data, iteration, and experimentation Build a testing engine across audiences, formats, offers, and creative angles Work closely with analysts to build dashboards, interpret trends, and extract insights Influence landing page and CRO strategy based on campaign performance (in collaboration with product and site teams) Personally manage Google campaigns You will own Google hands-on—structure, scaling, retargeting, creative rotation, and budget pacing You’ve managed high 6- or 7-figure monthly budgets and know how to scale without compromising ROAS Use AI + automation to scale smarter Leverage AI tools for creative ideation, copywriting, research, and workflow optimization Build a faster, leaner execution loop using automation and performance tooling Lead and develop a lean performance team Manage a cross-functional team, including performance marketers and an influencer marketing lead Set clear KPIs, coaching cycles, and accountability across all paid activity Collaborate closely with brand, creative, tech, and product teams to stay aligned and move fast Requirements Must-Haves 4+ years in performance marketing with direct, hands-on Google Ads experience Track record of scaling campaigns across Google with high 6 or 7-figure monthly budgets Experience leading small performance teams and working cross-functionally Strong analytical chops (GA4, post-purchase data, attribution logic, etc.) Proven ability to translate data into creative strategy and actionable insights Comfort using and adapting AI tools in daily workflow High-level English, written and spoken Bonus Points For: Experience scaling across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, AppLovin, or other emerging platforms Background in D2C lifestyle, fashion, or jewelry Familiarity with UGC/influencer seeding and whitelisting strategy Experience in high-growth, fast-iteration environments WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS You’ll own the most important revenue-driving engine in the company You’ll work with real creative freedom—test quickly, iterate fast, and see results clearly You’ll shape the growth stack from acquisition through retention Advantages null
