Job Overview: Are you a growth-obsessed marketing specialist with expertise in building digital infrastructure for performance marketing and scalable growth? At 2070Health, India’s first healthcare-focused venture studio, we are creating 0-to-1 startups that are redefining healthcare through technology and innovation - and we’re looking for someone to help power their growth journeys. S/he will manage and facilitate Performance Marketing for our portfolio companies. The role will entail coordination with business stakeholders from portfolio companies and agencies to ensure high momentum digital growth. A key part of the role would entail coordination with Technical and Product teams to ensure performance optimized digital assets and set up for proper digital infra required for growth. Key Responsibilities: Set up of digital infra including website, landing pages, CRM, Whatsapp tools, etc required for digital growth Ability to implement proper tracking systems for unified view of source attribution Data-Driven Growth enabled with set up of proper tools (A/B Testing, Heatmaps, etc) - Define and drive the entire digital marketing strategy - performance marketing & SEO. Build and manage attribution models, A/B testing, and campaign optimizations for maximum ROI Channels - Advertise / Direct Agencies on various digital platforms – primarily develop an in-depth understanding of Meta & Google and explore other channels like Linkedin, Youtube etc Technical - Operate digital channels / Audit agency performance in terms of campaign design, execution & overall output metrics Tracking & Monitoring - Track & optimize marketing metrics on a day-to-day basis. Make recommendations based on numbers & findings Google Analytics - Identify marketing performance issues and generate insights SEO Strategy & Execution - Develop and implement an SEO strategy to increase organic visibility & rankings. Collaborate with product team on technical seo, on-page & off-page SEO Collaboration - Closely work with product and technical team to optimize LPs, Whatsapp chat bots & content team for statics, videos, LPs etc. 3-6 years of demonstrated experience of working in a high-growth startup (Mandatory) Demonstrated experience in managing growth/digital marketing/business analytics (Mandatory) with focus on technical set up of platforms Knowledge of technical set up of CRM, Whatsapp Business Tools, A/B Testing tools, etc Knowledge on getting Landing Pages, Web Pages, Website created and nuances of source attribution tracking Education from top-tier colleges IITs/BITs/NITs or MBA from IIM/ISB (Preferred) Exceptional analytical skills & critical thinking to identify opportunities Strong business acumen to derive actionable insights from data In-platform execution experience setting up campaigns in Facebook ads manager, Google Ads, and Google AdWords Aptitude for cross-functional execution and problem-solving
