Description

PERFORMANCE MARKETING MANAGER (6 MONTH FTC)

Hybrid working, office-based 2 days per week
Mint Velvet began when founders Liz Houghton and Lisa Agar-Rea set out to create an unfailingly chic collection of contemporary, great quality staples and elevated fits that they felt were missing from their wardrobes. Feeling frustrated that they couldn’t find anything they wanted to wear, or the great customer service they craved, they started fusing relaxed comfort with glamorous yet wearable fashion trends. Relaxed Glamour was born.
As collaborative creatives, we take untold pride in our work, designing with heart and soul. We want to be a force for good and are committed to becoming a more circular and responsible business, from the fabrics we choose to our considered processes. We are an agile and growing business, and we work hard to create an environment which allows for growth and progression, balanced with the support and flexibility needed to meet the challenge of a high-performance culture.
We’re looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our growing Marketing team. This is a pivotal role, reporting directly to the Digital Marketing Lead, where you’ll be instrumental in unlocking scale across our international markets.
Just over a year ago, we launched international markets and are rapidly scaling. We’re currently live in 20+ countries and have ambitious targets for this year. As our Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll directly manage our paid Meta channels in ROW markets, and partner closely with our agency for Meta & Google in the US, and PPC in ROW. You’ll be responsible for developing, executing, and optimising strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. This means diving deep into basket economics with our Finance team, understanding the nuances of each market, and collaborating closely with our in-house Creative team to build bespoke assets that resonate with diverse audiences.
This is a unique opportunity for a Performance Marketing Manager to gain an in-depth view of how to launch and scale international markets from every angle. You’ll work cross-functionally with various teams across the business, giving you a holistic overview of the brand. You’ll get to experience the fast-paced, innovative environment of a startup with the resources of a larger, established fashion brand.

WHAT YOU’LL HAVE:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid channels for an e-commerce brand – experience in fashion is a bonus!
  • Proven track record of managing large budgets effectively to hit performance targets
  • Strong analytical skill set, you are confident drawing actionable insights from data to optimise campaigns and refine strategies
  • Agency experience is preferred, but not required
  • Solution-driven and detail-oriented: You’re always looking for the “so what” behind the data to drive impactful improvements
  • Creative mindset: You have the ability to identify and leverage market and consumer trends
  • Highly organised: You can efficiently manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable thriving in a fast-growth-focused environment
  • You consistently embody and role model our brand values
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the ROW paid social strategy in close collaboration with the Digital Marketing Lead
  • Set up, monitor, and optimise paid social campaigns for ROW, ensuring daily control of ROAS and spend to achieve growth targets
  • Support the Digital Marketing Lead in monitoring profit against targets and ensuring alignment with finance for ROW and US
  • Work closely with external agencies on strategy for PPC ROW and PPC & Paid Social in the US, ensuring strategies are implemented & opportunities are explored
  • Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly analysis and reporting on campaign effectiveness and performance for ROW and US
  • Develop and execute a ROW testing roadmap with trade and creative teams to drive growth through localisation improvements
  • Additional ad-hoc tasks to support the digital marketing team
