Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our ultra-luxury real estate development company in Dubai. This role is responsible for driving measurable growth, qualified lead generation, and return on ad spend across all paid digital channels. The ideal candidate has strong experience managing high-budget campaigns targeting high-net-worth individuals and international investors, with deep expertise in paid media optimization, tracking, conversion funnels, and performance analytics. Key Responsibilities & Duties • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, Display, and programmatic platforms • Manage and allocate multi-channel advertising budgets with focus on ROI, CPL, CPA, and ROAS targets • Design, test, and optimize full-funnel performance strategies from awareness to qualified lead conversion • Implement advanced tracking systems including GA4, Meta Pixel, conversion APIs, and CRM integrations • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and messaging to improve campaign efficiency • Monitor campaign performance daily and provide data-driven insights and optimization plans • Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure ads are aligned with brand positioning and luxury standards • Ensure compliance with UAE real estate marketing regulations and platform advertising policies • Prepare detailed performance reports for leadership and provide strategic recommendations Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field • Minimum 5–8 years of performance marketing experience • Proven experience managing high-budget campaigns in luxury real estate, property development, or premium sectors • Strong expertise in paid media platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, Display networks) • Hands-on experience with analytics tools, tracking systems, and CRM integrations • Deep understanding of audience segmentation, buyer journeys, and high-value lead generation • Exceptional analytical skills and ability to translate data into strategic decisions • Ability to work full-time on-site in Dubai and collaborate with cross-functional teams Technical & Professional Skills • Performance marketing strategy and budget management • Advanced tracking and attribution modeling • Conversion rate optimization (CRO) • Data analysis and reporting dashboards • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities • Ability to operate in high-pressure, high-investment campaign environments This role is critical in ensuring efficient media spend, generating qualified demand, and supporting high-value sales objectives across our ultra-luxury real estate portfolio.
