As our Performance Marketing Manager, you will deliver and nurture high quality leads into the business through a variety of online and offline channels. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering marketing activities that achieve the KPIs set out in the strategy by the Head of Marketing. You will work with the marketing team and other senior stakeholders across the business to build campaigns and assets to support pipeline growth.

Responsibilities
  • Owning Amber’s acquisition channels and driving high quality leads through email, paid media and SEO that deliver to KPIs set by the Head of Marketing.
  • Manage and optimise the paid media budget effectively across all paid channels to deliver required leads and greatest ROI.
  • Supporting the Head of Marketing in the day-to-day management of agencies and partners.
  • Support the Head of Marketing to strategise, plan, and launch new campaigns and products.
  • Work with a variety of stakeholders across sales, marketing and commercial to ensure there is a joined-up approach when it comes to all lead generation activities.
  • Work closely with sales to identify, test and roll out improvements to sales assets, with a focus on messaging and UX.
  • Developing a clear and engaging content strategy which is consistent with Amber’s brand image and addresses both business goals and consumer needs.
  • Use Salesforce and other marketing platforms to enhance reporting capabilities, increase marketing automation, drive greater awareness around upsell opportunities, and report efficiently with a view to optimising lead generation activities and identify trends.
  • Work with the Head of Marketing and Events Manager to identify and plan key events for lead generation activities for the calendar year.
  • Driving traffic to Amber group pages and growing brand awareness in key sectors.
  • Developing, actioning and monitoring a quarterly plan for all activities you manage.
