We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join Amplemarket’s Growth team. You’ll support the execution and optimization of paid acquisition campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn - helping us scale our inbound funnel and improve ROI across channels. At Amplemarket, we’re passionate about creating smarter, more efficient ways for companies to grow and you’ll have the opportunity to work hands-on with campaigns that directly impact our customer acquisition and brand visibility. You will: Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn. Develop A/B tests to improve ad performance and landing page conversion rates. Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-performing creatives. Support attribution analysis and performance reporting. Research SaaS/B2B marketing trends and propose new growth experiments. Contribute to improving key metrics such as CTR, CAC efficiency, and ROAS. About you: You’re data-driven, detail-oriented, and genuinely curious to learn. Working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Google Analytics or similar tools. Curiosity and willingness to test, learn, and iterate. You take initiative and aren’t afraid to experiment or try new approaches. You communicate clearly and enjoy collaborating with others. You’re a creative problem solver who loves testing, measuring, and optimizing. You thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. You have some exposure to performance marketing and are excited to grow your skills even further.
