As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of Castlery’s performance marketing strategies:

  • Overall growth strategies for performance marketing, including but not limited to Google, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok and retargeting channels. Devise performance marketing strategies that synergize with business goals.
  • Own the performance marketing budget with a data-driven approach to drive towards growth and efficiency targets.
  • Empower creative ideas and innovations within Performance marketing channels. Being the same is boring, and we want to challenge the status-quo and drive excellence and impact in life.
  • Drive inputs for channel excellence with creative, campaign, analytics, merchandising, tech teams. You will be driving the collaborations and cross-functional projects with different stakeholders to create synergies with performance marketing.
  • Make strategic decisions and prioritize with the right focus. You will need to know what decisions to make and how to prioritize to reach effective outcomes.
  • Deep dive and drive insights. There will be a lot of data and different interpretations. You will need to identify what matters and propose effective solutions.
  • Coach and grow the performance marketing team to the next level. You will foresee the company’s needs, know the aspirations of people, and grow the team to support company growth.
