YOUR MISSION

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who also understands simracing deeply. We initially want to start on a contract basis with the vision to bring you onboard full-time eventually. You will take full ownership of our already established paid marketing engine, both strategic and hands on:

• Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns across platforms, starting with our established base on Meta
• Define and own the performance marketing strategy and channel mix, ensuring efficient, scalable growth
• Lead creative testing, from ad copy to video concepts, tailored to the simracing community
• Build, track, and report KPIs with clear ROI visibility
• Run experiments to identify and scale new channels
• Collaborate with the team on funnel optimisation including landing pages, onboarding, conversion
• Stay plugged into simracing culture to craft authentic campaigns that resonate
• Continue the profitable foundation we have built and professionalise it
