What you’ll be doing
We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to own the performance marketing strategy, optimizing paid and organic digital channels to maximize return on ad investment.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will own the planning & execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across paid channels, email marketing, and channels here we are not yet present.
We already have a strong Inbound GTM motion. And that’s where you come in. To build upon that foundation and generate additional pipeline.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to exponentially increase lead generation through innovative, data-driven, and cost-efficient methods.
  • Digital Marketing Campaigns: Own the planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across paid channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, programmatic, etc.), email marketing and SEO
  • Manage budget allocation and bid strategies to maximize customer acquisition cost efficiency
  • Analytics & Insights: Leverage analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot or Dreamdata, or whatever new tool you’ve been using so far) to track campaign performance, generate insights, and iterate quickly to improve outcomes
  • Marketing Funnel Reporting: Responsible for tracking main performance KPIs (website traffic, CTR, CPC, impressions | Lead capture, CPL, CPA, ROAS) and identifying opportunities for improvement

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience: min. of 5 years in growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS or fintech environment
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics/Tag Manager, HubSpot, google Ads, Looker Studio, and advanced Excel or analytics platforms
  • Data-Driven: A strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to interpret data, generate insights, and drive actionable strategies
  • Familiarity with growth hacking principles, from funnel optimization to viral loops

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Deep domain knowledge in Digital Marketing Mechanics, experimentation, and prioritization techniques
  • Fintech, B2B SaaS
  • Danish and English Fluency
