As a Performance Marketing Manager, you manage and optimize programmatic campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google to drive results. Success in this role means improving campaign performance, providing strategic insights, and implementing best practices in programmatic advertising. With your expertise in the digital advertising ecosystem, you play a crucial role in enhancing the B2B funnel and maximizing marketing effectiveness. As a key team member, you contribute to overall business growth by aligning media strategies with company objectives.

  • Creating paid social media campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn
  • Developing and optimizing media plans for a B2B funnel with Sales and Creative
  • Managing budgets independently and supporting new processes and projects
  • Analyzing KPIs, reviewing campaign performance, and defining optimization plans
  • Communicating campaign performance analyses and optimization measures with Creative
  • Several years of experience in paid media/performance marketing
  • Proficient in Ads Managers of Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
  • Strong analytical skills, logical thinking, and data-driven mindset
  • High level of initiative and empathy with stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • On top of top-notch English, full proficiency in one of the following languages: German, French, or Dutch
