EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

  • Proven success in growth management, particularly for DTC brands, with a focus on customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to use data to optimise performance and inform strategic decisions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Extensive, hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and tracking software.
  • Familiarity with SEO techniques and A/B testing to optimise campaign funnels and customer journeys.
  • Experience managing and mentoring a team, with a focus on development and performance improvement is preferred.
  • Background working in fast-paced startup or agency environments is a plus.
Responsibilities

THE ROLE: PERFORMANCE MARKETING MANAGER

You’ll predominately be focused on driving growth through data-driven campaigns, customer acquisition across Google, Meta & perhaps some other paid channels.
The ideal candidate is has a really excellent understanding of digital channels, is an excellent communicator and understands how paid marketing fits into the wider marketing mix.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • End to end campaign ownership: Take full ownership of campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis to drive growth for predominately DTC brands, across key platforms such as Google, Meta and TikTok.
  • Data-driven decision making: Use insights from performance metrics and wider dashboards to inform strategies, optimise campaigns, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Collaboration & stakeholder management: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Brand Founders and internal teams to align campaign objectives and deliver impactful results.
  • Innovation & Testing: Develop and implement testing plans to refine strategies and keep campaigns forward-thinking and effective.
  • Account management: Develop and maintain strong client relationships by consistently delivering results and providing strategic growth advice.
