Sydney | Hybrid We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join a digitally-led agency environment that blends media, data, strategy and technology to deliver measurable business outcomes. This role is suited to someone who enjoys solving complex marketing challenges through a combination of strategic thinking, analytical rigour and hands-on media expertise. You’ll work across a diverse client portfolio, partnering with specialists across analytics, SEO, creative and strategy to deliver integrated performance solutions that go beyond channel metrics. You’ll play a key role in driving campaign effectiveness, uncovering growth opportunities and helping clients make smarter marketing decisions through data and insight. What you’ll be doing Managing and optimising paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and other digital platforms Developing performance strategies aligned to broader client business objectives Monitoring campaign performance, budget pacing and efficiency against KPIs Analysing data to uncover insights, trends and optimisation opportunities Translating performance data into clear recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders Collaborating with cross-functional teams across media, analytics, SEO, strategy and creative Supporting testing frameworks and experimentation initiatives to improve effectiveness Building strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and strategic thinking Staying across platform developments, industry trends and emerging technologies What we’re looking for Experience in performance marketing, paid media or digital marketing roles Strong hands-on experience across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and GA4 Ability to manage campaigns strategically as well as operationally Strong analytical capability with a data-led approach to decision making Confidence communicating insights and recommendations to stakeholders Experience working within an agency or consultancy-style environment is highly regarded Commercially minded with strong attention to detail Curious, proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving Why join?
