Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Performance Marketing Manager will own the strategy, execution, optimisation, and reporting of our paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta Ads, with a strong focus on improving landing page performance and conversion rates.
This is a hands-on, data-driven role suited for someone who loves testing, iterating, and delivering measurable ROI.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, managing multiple university partner brands, products, and markets.
  • Manage audience targeting strategies, including remarketing, exclusions, and lookalikes.
  • Conduct regular performance analysis to identify opportunities for improving cost per lead and acquisition efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and refresh creative assets to avoid fatigue and improve engagement.
  • Lead landing page optimisation efforts, including A/B testing and conversion rate improvement strategies.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and attribution across campaigns and landing pages.
  • Deliver clear, actionable reports and insights to the marketing team.
  • Stay up to date with best practices and platform updates in digital advertising and CRO.
