WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Proven experience in managing performance marketing campaigns, with a strong track record of driving significant results
  • You understand what a marketing funnel needs to look like and how to nurture users down the funnel
  • Excellent understanding of paid social & paid search advertising, including creative strategy, keyword research, bid management, and ad copy optimization
  • Experience with testing frameworks and modeling, including A/B testing, geo-lift analyses, incrementality measurement, and media mix modeling
  • An analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize projects and multitask to get things done
  • Passion for staying ahead of the curve, constantly seeking new opportunities and strategies to optimize performance
  • Experience with SQL, R, or Python is a plus
  • Italian knowledge is preferred but not a must
Responsibilities
  • Build and optimize the full funnel, from awareness to conversion, tailored to the Italian market
  • Design media mix strategies, focusing on Meta, Google, and email marketing
  • Leverage creative strategies to ensure high-performing campaigns, especially on Meta, Youtube, and other visual channels
  • Identify and launch new marketing channels when performance and potential make it relevant
  • Analyze and optimize performance metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CVR to maximize return on investment on your campaigns
  • Make website adjustments to improve user experience and conversion rate to improve the effectiveness of marketing activities
  • Partner with agencies, global experts for Google, Meta, creative, and cross-channel strategies
  • Streamline operational tasks by leveraging automation tools and in-house automation resources. As well as creating your automations
  • Manage external resources for tasks like ad uploads, translations, and reporting
