Description

YOUR JOB

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our Demand Generation team and take ownership of planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other emerging channels. You’ll drive measurable pipeline growth through smart strategy, hands-on execution, budget management and continuous optimization. Working closely with content and design, you’ll craft high-performing creatives and landing pages that convert. If you’re eager to make an impact in a fast-paced B2B SaaS scale-up, love experimenting, and thrive on delivering results—this is your stage.

LAST BUT NOT LEAST. FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEARTS:

No matter your origin, ethnicity, gender identity, religion or individual requirements; at DataGuard, all that counts is the person you are. As Guards and Guardettes, we are united not only by our dedication, but also by our shared belief in our purpose: Protect the people behind the data. Convince us with your personality and your skills – and together we will make great things happen. We are looking forward to meeting you!

Responsibilities
  • You plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns to drive qualified leads and bottom-of-funnel pipeline.
  • You own and manage monthly paid media budgets, ensuring efficient spend and clear revenue impact.
  • You run A/B tests across ads and landing pages (via HubSpot) to increase conversion rates and reduce CPL.
  • You track, analyze, and report on key metrics like CPL, SQLs, pipeline impact, CTR, and ROAS—translating data into actionable insights.
  • You collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, and content to align messaging and campaigns with buyer personas.
  • You experiment with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, AdCreative.ai) to boost creative production, copywriting, reporting, and campaign efficiency.
  • You adapt quickly to data, platform updates, and market shifts—always on the lookout for new growth opportunities.
  • You build and deliver campaign reports and performance presentations using Excel and PowerPoint/Slides for internal and leadership visibility.
  • You stay sharp on B2B demand generation best practices and platform updates, contributing to a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
