We are currently looking for an experienced, hands-on, analytical, and process-driven Marketing Manager Paid Social to lead our marketing efforts and oversee all paid social media campaigns. The goal of this role is to develop and establish a clear structure from scratch for the execution of all paid social campaigns and to manage them end-to-end.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement paid social campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels
  • Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve KPIs and business goals
  • Create detailed analyses and reports to evaluate campaign results and derive actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate closely with the design team to create creative and high-performing ads
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify new trends and optimization opportunities
  • Be flexible and available to adjust budgets as needed, including weekends
