Full-Time | Remote or Hybrid About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Marketing Manager to take ownership of inbound paid advertising strategy for our clients. This role blends strategic planning, creative direction, and campaign execution oversight — from the first client meeting to final performance reviews. You will design inbound ad strategies, select the right channels for each Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), brief creative and media buying teams, oversee campaign setup, and ensure that deliverables are on time and results meet expectations. Key Responsibilities1. Strategy & Planning Develop inbound paid advertising strategies tailored to each client’s ICP and goals. Select the most effective ad channels (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) based on audience and budget. Create campaign roadmaps outlining objectives, KPIs, timelines, and deliverables. 2. Creative Direction Write creative briefs including design guidelines, scripts, and editing notes for image and video assets. Work with designers and video editors to ensure creative assets align with the strategy and brand. Review and approve creative assets before campaign launch. 3. Campaign Implementation (Oversight) Communicate campaign requirements to the media buyer for technical setup. Coordinate timelines and deliverables across creative, media buying, and copywriting teams. Ensure all stakeholders are clear on expectations and deadlines. 4. Client Management Lead client presentations for strategy proposals, campaign updates, and performance reviews. Gather client feedback and ensure it’s implemented by the team. Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction. 5. Performance Tracking & Accountability Monitor campaign performance metrics and ensure results meet or exceed KPIs. Hold the media buyer and creative team accountable for performance and delivery. Recommend optimizations and strategy shifts based on results. Proven experience in paid media strategy for inbound campaigns. Proven experience in Event Inbound Management Strong understanding of digital advertising channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.). Ability to create clear creative briefs and scripts for designers and video editors. Excellent project management and coordination skills. Strong client communication and presentation skills. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze results and adjust strategies. Experience working with cross-functional teams (designers, editors, media buyers, copywriters). Nice-to-Have Experience in B2B and B2C inbound marketing. Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRMs. Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices.
