We are now looking for a Paid Social Expert who doesn’t just follow best practices, but sets them. If you’re the kind of person who and gets excited about trying the next under-the-radar platform and scaling it into a core acquisition channel and is ready to take performance marketing beyond Meta and TikTok, this role is for you.
You will work closely with our performance marketing team to bring our user acquisition to the next level. We are looking for a curious, driven marketer who will join us on this ride with a similar mindset. Responsibilities
  • Strong hands-on experience with TikTok and Meta is essential — these are our primary performance channels and where we expect you to make the biggest impact.
  • Familiarity with other platforms (Snapchat, Reddit, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn) is a plus, and you’re open to testing new ones as they emerge.
  • Take a test-and-learn approach to channel expansion: rapid prototyping, creative testing, performance analysis, and iteration.
  • Collaborate closely with our creative team to develop thumb-stopping ad content tailored to each platform’s unique behavior.
  • Manage budgets with confidence, balancing CAC targets with growth velocity
