This is the place to be! What You'll Do Build and optimize the full funnel, from awareness to conversion, tailored to your market. Design media mix strategies, focusing on Meta, Google, and email marketing. Leverage creative strategies to ensure high-performing campaigns, especially on Meta. Identify and launch new marketing channels when relevant. Manage end-to-end campaign execution across paid and organic channels. Analyze and optimize performance metrics such as ROAS, CAC, and revenue growth. Make small website adjustments to improve user experience and campaign outcomes. Partner with global experts for Google, Meta, creative, and cross-channel strategies. Localize global best practices while customizing for your market's unique needs. Streamline operational tasks by leveraging automation tools and outsourcing. Manage external resources for tasks like ad uploads, translations, and reporting. What You Bring Proven experience managing performance marketing campaigns, with a strong track record of driving significant results. You understand what a marketing funnel needs to look like and how to nurture users down the funnel. Good understanding of paid social & paid search advertising, including creative strategy, keyword research, bid management, and ad copy optimization. Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Passion for staying ahead of the curve, constantly seeking new opportunities and strategies to optimize performance.
