QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing/paid media management, preferably in the health, wellness, or supplements industry.

  • Proven track record of managing significant ad spend and delivering measurable ROI.

  • Certifications in Google Ads and Meta Blueprint (or willingness to obtain).

Strong analytical background: attribution modeling, statistical testing, advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros). SQL/API familiarity is a plus.

  • Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests with statistical rigor.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to guide ad development and iterate on performance.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale our paid acquisition strategy across digital channels. You’ll manage significant budgets, optimize paid campaigns for efficiency and growth, and oversee performance-driven email and SMS programs that nurture, convert, and retain customers. With a test-and-learn mindset, you’ll drive innovation across creative, targeting, and attribution-shaping a full-funnel marketing engine that fuels both customer acquisition and retention as we expand into new products and audiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Develop, implement, and optimize multi-channel paid media campaigns (Google, Meta, emerging platforms, email, and SMS).

  • Own and execute all email and SMS communications, including automated workflows, promotional campaigns, and lead-nurturing sequences.

  • Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI with daily/weekly optimization and forecasting.

  • Conduct advanced audience segmentation, targeting, and keyword research to drive growth.

  • Collaborate with creative to test and refine ad copy, creative assets, and landing pages.

  • Design and execute structured A/B and multivariate testing frameworks.

  • Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance, reporting key findings to stakeholders.

  • Implement and analyze multi-touch attribution models to inform budget allocation.

  • Build and maintain cross-channel performance dashboards; report actionable insights to the CMO.

  • Monitor LTV, CAC, and channel efficiency to guide strategy.

  • Conduct ongoing competitor and market analysis in the health and wellness space.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams on product launches, promotions, and broader marketing goals.
