Responsibilities

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll be a key player in our Marketing & Growth team, based in Milan. You’ll take ownership of Satispay’s Mobile & Web paid acquisition strategy, ensuring we scale our Consumer, Business, and Welfare customer base in alignment with company goals. Your expertise will help Satispay become a leading force in digital payments through a world-class performance marketing strategy.

Your mission:

  • Lead acquisition campaigns. Plan, manage, and optimize Mobile & Web acquisition campaigns across key platforms like Meta, Google, Apple Search Ads, TikTok, and more.
  • Scale growth initiatives. Develop and execute performance marketing strategies for B2C, B2B, and Welfare businesses.
  • Optimize conversion & efficiency. Work closely with the Growth team to enhance the conversion funnel and lower acquisition costs.
  • Leverage data-driven insights. Monitor and analyze campaign performance to drive continuous improvements.
  • Run A/B testing. Experiment with creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies across multiple channels to maximize impact.
  • Enhance analytics & tracking. Collaborate with Growth Intelligence to improve data tracking and reporting infrastructure.
  • Boost creative performance. Partner with the Creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives.
  • Explore new opportunities. Test emerging marketing technologies and tactics to expand our digital growth efforts.
  • Influence product growth. Work with the Product team to suggest features and optimizations that drive scalability.

Your ideal profile:

  • Experience & expertise. 4+ years in digital and paid advertising, with a strong focus on performance-driven acquisition.
  • Hands-on with ad tech. Proven experience with major advertising and tracking platforms.
  • Mobile marketing knowledge. Experience in mobile performance marketing is highly preferred.
  • B2B & B2C exposure. Experience in marketplaces is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Technical mindset: Ability to manage and optimize marketing performance through technology and automation.
  • Analytical & data-driven. Strong ability to interpret performance metrics and make data-backed decisions.
  • Stakeholder management. Experience coordinating third-party service providers, agencies, and partners.
  • Fluent in Italian & English. Strong communication skills in both written and spoken form.
  • Familiarity with MMPs. Experience with Mobile Measurement Platforms like Appsflyer, Adjust, etc. is a plus.
  • Data reporting skills. Experience in web & mobile data analysis is a bonus.
