We’re looking for someone ambitious, hands-on, and commercially minded to join our team and help accelerate growth through paid channels. This role is ideal for someone who has some experience in performance marketing, wants to take ownership of campaigns, and is excited about testing new platforms, running experiments, and driving measurable results.
You’ll work closely with our Performance Marketing and creative team, and you’ll be trusted with budgets to explore, test, and optimise campaigns. This isn’t a role where you’ll just follow instructions — we want someone who’s full of ideas, comfortable working autonomously, and eager to make a real impact in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities
  • Paid media campaigns: Run, test, and optimise campaigns across Meta and Google, using both tactical and strategic approaches.
  • Exploring new channels: Help us expand into emerging platforms such as TikTok, Realize, or AppLovin to uncover new growth opportunities.
  • Daily performance tracking: Use tools like Triple Whale to monitor spend levels, performance shifts, and key metrics, making quick adjustments where needed.
  • Creative testing: Work with our in-house creative team to test new ads, messaging, and landing page experiences. Bring ideas for A/B tests and feed back insights from results.
  • Data-driven insights: Analyse results, identify winning trends, and recommend optimisations to improve ROI.
  • Entrepreneurial execution: Take ownership of campaigns, experiment with new approaches, and embrace a “test and learn” mindset.
  • Collaboration & support: You’ll be supported by our Performance Marketing Manager, who will handle broader reporting and strategy, but you’ll have room to carve out and grow your own remit.
