Ottodot is an EdTech company on a mission to make Math and Science fun, engaging, and effective through game-based lessons and live tutoring. We help students aged 7–12 not just learn — but love learning. We’re growing fast and are looking for a Performance Marketer with deep Meta Ads expertise and strong skills in leveraging technology — including AI tools — to work faster, smarter, and more effectively.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2–3 years of proven experience running high-performing Meta ad campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns on at least one other paid channel (Google, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, campaign objectives, bidding, and optimisation strategies.
  • Proficiency in Ads Manager, analytics/reporting tools, and AI-driven marketing tools.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced, results-focused environment.

BONUS SKILLS

  • Experience in EdTech, B2C subscription, or lead generation marketing.
  • Creative skills for crafting ad copy or simple design assets.
  • Experience marketing to Singapore parents (typically aged 34–54) with primary school children.
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

You’ll be the driving force behind our paid acquisition strategy — starting with Meta (Facebook & Instagram) as our core growth channel, then expanding into platforms like Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond. This role is hands-on: you’ll be running campaigns end-to-end, using AI and other digital tools to speed up workflows, from research and creative production to reporting and optimisation. Your mission: bring in high-quality leads, maximise ROAS, and scale Ottodot’s growth rapidly across markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan, launch, and optimise Meta ad campaigns to achieve lead and conversion targets.
  • Test, scale, and optimise additional channels (Google, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) to diversify acquisition.
  • Manage budgets and bidding strategies across platforms to maximise ROI.
  • Analyse performance data, extract insights, and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Use AI and other tech tools to accelerate campaign research, creative iteration, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to test and refine ad creatives and messaging.
  • Run structured experiments (A/B tests, creative testing, audience targeting) to unlock growth opportunities.
  • Stay ahead of best practices, platform updates, policy changes, and emerging marketing technologies.
  • Report on campaign performance with clear, actionable recommendations.
