As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team and help drive customer acquisition and lead generation through targeted digital campaigns.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within the real estate or luxury sectors.
  • Proven expertise in managing PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other digital marketing analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and draw actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market and consumer behavior is desirable.
Responsibilities
  • Plan, create, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms to drive qualified leads and conversions.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, etc.) to ensure KPIs and ROI targets are met or exceeded.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to improve targeting and campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop and test ad creatives, landing pages, and calls to action to maximize conversion rates and reduce cost per lead.
  • Manage and optimize budgets to ensure efficient allocation of marketing spend.
  • Collaborate with the content, social media, and sales teams to align performance marketing efforts with overall brand and sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices in the real estate sector.
  • Implement and maintain tracking systems such as pixel installation, conversion tracking, and attribution models to measure campaign impact accurately.
  • Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations based on campaign data to continuously improve marketing ROI.
