POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a strategic, creative, detail-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing Brand Marketing Team. You will be instrumental in building brand awareness and generating leads through paid advertising campaigns, while nurturing our existing leads through targeted, multi-channel techniques. If you are a highly motivated, data-driven marketer who’s passionate about the health and wellness industry, we want to hear from you.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Merchant Centre and other relevant digital marketing tools.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and optimization techniques.
  • Experience working with various budget sizes, with proven ability to develop strategic marketing plans that drive growth and meet business goals.
  • Organizational and time management skills in order to manage 50+ digital ad campaigns across all paid advertising platforms.
  • Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present complex information clearly for diverse audiences.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail when analyzing data and managing multiple campaigns.
  • Teamwork oriented, collaborative, with ability to manage tasks with minimal supervision.
