We're on the lookout for a seasoned and creative Performance Marketing Specialist to become a valuable part of our team. Your mission: accelerate Dreamix's growth by scaling our digital marketing channels. In this role, you will build a predictable engine for growth, driving efficient customer acquisition to support our expansion into new markets. What you will be doing: Strategize, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (primary focus), LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads, with a focus on lowering Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) Take full ownership of the paid acquisition funnel, from creative conceptualization and channel selection to ongoing optimization and reporting Own and execute organic social media strategy across relevant platforms to build brand awareness and engage target audiences Lead website optimization initiatives, including landing page creation and A/B testing, working closely with software agency to drive conversion rate improvements Plan, organize, and execute email marketing campaigns for our company newsletter Dive deep into marketing analytics (Google Analytics, GTM, etc.) to inform campaign decisions and identify growth opportunities Collaborate with current digital marketing agencies, sales and PM department to maximize success Requirements: 3+ years of direct experience running successful paid ad campaigns in global markets Demonstrated expertise in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, with ABM knowledge B2B marketing experience Experience planning and executing organic social media strategies with measurable results Hands-on experience with website optimization, landing page development, and conversion rate optimization Email marketing expertise, including campaign planning, execution, automation, and performance optimization Analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, GTM, Hubspot and other data analysis tools A hands-on approach and a proactive mindset, comfortable with end-to-end campaign management across digital marketing channels Good project management skills with the ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously What you will get: Be one of the key builders of Dreamix’s growth engine A warm and supportive work environment where you can reach your full potential Flexible working hours that allow you to balance your work and personal life Unlimited home office to help you stay productive and focused Opportunities for professional development, including certifications and training Additional benefits for academic teaching and speaking engagements Knowledge-sharing sessions where you can learn from our Dreamix team Team and company-wide events that bring us together Amazing week long summer office and winter office initiatives Additional health insurance and dental allowance to ensure your well-being Multisport card to encourage a healthy and active lifestyle Office massages to help you relax and unwind If you want to explore this journey, send us your CV in English!
