We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team in Finland. In this role, you will create, execute, and manage Epassi’s paid marketing campaigns. You are responsible for analyzing data to pull insights for informed decisions across all paid acquisition channels to ensure maximum ROI and efficiency. You will also identify advertising performance issues, pinpointing the root cause with the help of analytics tools such as Google and Hubspot Analytics. By leveraging data-driven strategies and cross-functional collaboration, you will aim to
attract high-quality leads and convert them into customers.
We are working in a hybrid model, 2-3 days/week from the office in Helsinki and couple of days/week remote. This position is permanent and full time.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, data/analytics, or a related field. Work experience in media planning and buying and campaign planning, ideally in an advertising agency, is seen as a plus.
Profen experience in managing advertising campaigns in channels such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads.
Experience from other paid media, such as TikTok and other social ads, programmatic advertising, display ads, or digital out of home (DOOH), is nice to have.
Exceptional analytical skills to identify opportunities within complex
data and creativity in where and how these can be made a reality and an excellent understanding of SEM, PPC, and other digital marketing strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Finnish and
English.
You are a creative Teamplayer with a creative mindset and strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and you have the ability to innovate and think outside the box.

Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and others to drive customer acquisition and increase benefit usage.
Continuously monitor and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI, using data-driven decisions to refine targeting, ad creatives, and bidding strategies for improved results.
Translate data into compelling narratives by creating user-friendly reporting or visualization dashboards that highlight key metrics and recommend actionable content strategies for measurable success.
Collaborate cross-functionally with content, digital marketing, sales, and data teams to create high-impact ad campaigns that align with broader marketing objectives.
Interact and collaborate with colleagues from other markets to share best practices and drive consistency across the group.
