We’re looking for a proactive, results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist who thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment and brings energy, initiative and curiosity to their work.

WHAT YOU BRING

We’re looking for someone who’s comfortable taking ownership, enjoys solving problems and knows how to pivot quickly when results call for it. You’ll be hands-on in platforms, but also strategic, always thinking about the bigger picture.

  • 3–5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience (agency background ideal)
  • Strong command of LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and GA4
  • Experience running campaigns through HubSpot Marketing Hub
  • Great instincts for audience targeting, creative testing and optimisation
  • Sharp analytical skills and confidence communicating performance insights
  • A collaborative mindset, with a calm, proactive approach to challenges
Responsibilities

You’ll take the lead on delivering performance marketing campaigns across paid social (Meta, LinkedIn) and paid search (Google Ads), owning projects from brief to results. You’ll work closely with strategists, creatives and data leads to craft campaigns that drive growth, always thinking a step ahead, always asking “how can this perform better?”

  • Plan, manage and optimise paid media campaigns with a focus on real impact
  • Translate data into clear insights and meaningful next steps
  • Execute test and learn strategies to continually refine performance
  • Ensure tracking and attribution are watertight across pixels, tags and analytics
  • Collaborate across teams to align paid media with broader marketing initiatives
  • Lead and contribute to campaigns through HubSpot, helping us unlock smart automation and customer journeys
