LENUS IS LOOKING FOR A PERFORMANCE MARKETING SPECIALIST FOR OUR STOCKHOLM OFFICE!

Do you have experience in driving exceptional results through paid social media campaigns? And do you want to collaborate with the top health and fitness coaches in Sweden? Then this could be the dream job you’ve been looking for!

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for someone who wants to work closely with the most prominent health and fitness coaches, supporting them with setting up, monitoring, and optimizing their paid advertisements as well as planning and executing the paid strategies.
Our ideal candidate has experience and a strong passion for driving great results and scaling businesses with paid social media campaigns - and maybe other funnels as well. You possess an analytical mindset, a great overview, and have great knowledge of marketing strategies and best practices. You know how to build campaigns, write catchy ad texts, and crack performance data - but also how to communicate results and strategies to our clients and other stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS

We value diverse experiences and backgrounds. While not all qualifications are mandatory, the ideal candidate should possess:

  • 1-2 years of experience in planning, buying, and executing paid social campaigns
  • You are fluent in Swedish and English
  • Experience with developing creative concepts or campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills: Ability to analyze key metrics to optimize paid social campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with Facebook Business Manager
  • It is an extra plus if you have experience with other Marketing aspects, such as Email, Google or other funnels
  • Highly collaborative person, with the ability to communicate and partner with multiple teams and brand partners

Responsibilities
  • Hands-on experience setting up, monitoring, and optimizing paid social media campaigns to achieve our client’s goals across digital and SoMe channels
  • Daily analysis of performance data to ensure profitability and weekly deep dive with RCA on performance
  • Maintain a high level of up-to-date knowledge of best practices within social media and digital marketing advertising
  • Effectively communicate wins and struggles, identify trends, and proactively recommend future strategies for your portfolio of clients
  • Work collaboratively with our Key Account Managers to set and meet expectations
  • Assist Key Account Managers and coaches with creative strategy
  • Cross-department collaboration and ongoing contact with the coaches to ensure that Lenus is supporting them and partnering with them in the most effective way
  • Ensuring steady and planned growth by following up on targets and KPIs and taking appropriate action to remain on top of these
  • Responsible for monthly budgets in your portfolio and for increasing the budget based on performance
