JOB SUMMARY:
We seek an experienced performance marketer to strategize, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other performance channels for D2C brands. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of paid advertising ecosystems, budget planning, and performance tracking and can manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with a focus on efficiency and ROI.
REQUIREMENTS:
✔ Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
✔ Proven success in managing ad campaigns for D2C brands.
✔ Strong ability to handle and optimize multiple campaigns across channels simultaneously.
✔ Deep understanding of tracking, attribution, and analytics tools (GTM, GA4, Events Manager).
✔ Solid grasp of budgeting, bid strategies, and ROI-focused optimization.
✔ Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
✔ Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like Shopify or WooCommerce is a plus.
