About the Role: We are seeking a highly analytical Performance Marketing Specialist to own the execution of our Google Paid channel globally. You will be the master of our Google Ads accounts. What You’ll Do: Campaign Execution: Manage the day-to-day operations of Google campaigns. Landing Page Optimization: Run A/B tests on landing pages to improve Quality Scores and Conversion Rates. Audience Segmentation: Build and refine audience lists to target high-value B2B buyers. Reporting: Track daily and weekly performance metrics, providing actionable insights to the Performance Lead. 1-3 years of experience in Paid Social (Meta/LinkedIn preferred). Understanding of the B2B buyer journey and how to use content to nurture leads. Strong copywriting skills for ad captions and headlines. Experience with video ads and creative testing.
Responsibilities
