Performance Marketing Specialist (Paid Ads, Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn – Remote, U.S. Hours)About the Role We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms. This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage the full funnel — from campaign setup to optimization and scaling — with a clear focus on driving leads, sales, and ROI. If you’re both analytical and creative, and know how to improve CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates, this role is for you.
