Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Lead, execute, and optimize performance-driven digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital channels.
  • Data Analysis & Optimization: Analyze campaign performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and optimize campaigns to drive higher ROI and performance metrics.
  • Creative Campaign Strategies: Develop and implement innovative ideas for campaigns, creating customer journeys that align with business objectives and drive conversions.
  • Budget Management: Efficiently manage advertising budgets, ensuring cost-effective spending while meeting performance targets.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data to make informed decisions and continuously improve campaign performance, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborative Work: Work closely with other teams (creative, content, analytics) to ensure campaign strategies align with overall marketing goals and deliver optimal results.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare and present detailed performance reports, including recommendations for future campaigns, based on performance data.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in performance-driven digital marketing, with expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience optimizing campaigns based on KPIs, ROI, and performance metrics.
  • Ability to generate creative ideas for campaigns and customer journeys.
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to leverage insights and optimize campaigns for maximum results.
  • Strong understanding of paid media strategy and execution.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and discuss data insights clearly.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
