TO PERFORM WELL IN THIS ROLE, YOU SHOULD BE EXPERIENCED IN…

Campaign Planning: Leading performance marketing campaign planning, targeting, budgeting, and scheduling.
Driving Campaign Performance: Boosting ROI across Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, X, and YouTube.
Data Analysis and Optimisation: Monitoring metrics, extracting insights, and offering actionable improvement suggestions.
Creative Collaboration: Partnering with creative teams to craft compelling ad content aligned with campaign goals.
A/B Testing: Managing rigorous A/B tests to uncover effective strategies.
Conversion Rate Optimisation: Overseeing page and user journey improvements for higher conversions.
Testing & Optimisation: Continuously testing new strategies, ad sets, and creative executions.
Feedback & Collaboration: Sharing data-driven insights for creative and strategic enhancements.
Staying Informed: Staying current with performance marketing trends and best practices to keep our approach up-to-date.

To be considered a strong candidate for this role, you should possess most of the following:

  • At least 5 years of expertise in performance marketing strategy, predominantly in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta,
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and managing substantial digital marketing campaigns tailored for B2B companies,
  • Strong skills in data analysis, with an innate ability to derive actionable insights from intricate marketing datasets,
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel,
  • Proven experience e in A/B testing methodologies, optimization tactics, and comprehensive campaign planning,
  • Robust project management capabilities, including experience in supervising campaigns executed by external digital marketing agencies,
  • Stellar communication skills and a proven track record of effective collaboration
