Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to help us reach more people and drive growth through online advertising, email campaigns, and marketing automation. You will manage our paid media campaigns, create email marketing programs, use automation tools to reach customers at the right time, and help us understand what works best. You’ll also play an important role in replying to customer reviews online and making sure feedback is handled quickly and professionally.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan, run, and improve paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google, Facebook, and display networks.
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns that connect with customers and encourage them to take action.
  • Use automation tools to send the right messages to customers at the right time.
  • Plan budgets for campaigns and make sure every dollar is spent wisely.
  • Write compelling and clear ad copy for paid ads, emails, and website content.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards to track results and spot opportunities.
  • Analyze campaign data to understand what’s working and make improvements.
  • Test new ideas with A/B testing to improve ads, emails, and calls-to-action.
  • Support other marketing activities and tasks as needed, including but not limited to promotions, events, and content updates.
