We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing specialist to drive digital marketing strategy, execution, and optimization at Sumerge. The role focuses on ad performance, campaign automation, content recommendations, and building an efficient marketing funnel to achieve performance KPIs. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy targeting B2B enterprise clients in banking, government, and telecom sectors. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta). Lead the automation of marketing campaigns and workflows for scalable lead generation. Design and oversee an SEO strategy focused on improving search visibility and organic traffic for targeted Sumerge offerings. Design and implement a multi-channel lead nurturing strategy to maximize conversion rates. Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure campaign alignment with product offerings. Develop content strategies to support lead generation, nurture, and conversion. Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. 5-7 years of experience in Performance Marketing Proven experience in performance marketing, particularly in B2B sectors (banking, government, telecom) is a big plus. Proficiency in ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn), CRM, and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Pardot). Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing.
