POSITION OVERVIEW

The Performance Marketing Specialist will design, implement, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, delivering results aligned with our business objectives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in performance marketing, particularly within the UAE market.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in performance marketing, specifically managing campaigns in the UAE market.
  • Proven expertise in lead generation and achieving KPIs.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and CRM platforms.
  • Expertise in A/B testing, re-marketing strategies, and audience segmentation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Responsibilities
  • Campaign Management:
  • Develop, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, targeting strategies, and ad formats to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI), providing actionable insights.
  • Collaboration & Strategy:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure campaign alignment with broader strategies and brand objectives.
  • Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop compelling ad content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Create and maintain marketing dashboards, integrating data from CRM and analytics tools to track performance metrics.
  • Analyze customer journey data to refine targeting and messaging strategies.
  • Budget Management & Trends:
  • Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, tools, and best practices to maintain competitive campaigns.
