Cardoo Technologies is hiring Performance Marketing Key Responsibilities: -Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing paid media campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.). -Monitor campaign performance and track KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates. -Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to support campaign decisions. -Collaborate with the creative team to test ad visuals, copy, and landing pages. -Set up and manage tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and ensure campaign data accuracy. -Support A/B testing of ad creatives and campaign settings to improve performance. -Prepare performance reports and dashboards for internal teams. What We’re Looking For: -Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. -3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media, ideally in consumer electronics, tech, or retail. -Proven experience in managing and optimizing multi-platform campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, etc.). -Prior experience in leading or mentoring a small team, with a strong ability to delegate, review, and support team members. -Solid understanding of campaign performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR) and performance analysis. -Proficient in using Excel/Google Sheets for performance reporting and data interpretation. -Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Work Location: New Cairo Working Hours: 8 Hours - On Site Working Days: 5 Working Days Days Off: Fridays & Saturdays
