At the same time, you can learn a lot by working with your senior colleagues and having exposure to a variety of different performance marketing projects. Tasks Help the performance marketing team plan, set up, and run online campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Monitor campaign performance daily and weekly, track key metrics like clicks, conversions, and costs, and suggest ways to improve results. Take ownership of ad setup by choosing visuals, support in asset and copy creation, upload ads, and test different variations in platform ad managers. Research audiences, keywords, and competitors to find opportunities for new campaigns and improve targeting. Prepare reports and presentations showing campaign results, key insights, and learnings for clients and the team. Requirements You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (e.g. Business, Marketing, Media, Communication, Data/Analytics or similar). You have a strong interest in digital marketing and already know the basics of performance marketing You are confident working with numbers, enjoy analysing data and can draw clear conclusions from KPIs. You work in a highly structured, accurate, and detail-oriented way and feel responsible for the quality of your work. You are comfortable working with Google Sheets and presentation tools like Google Slides First hands-on experience with ad managers (Google Ads, Meta, etc.), tracking or marketing tools is a plus, but not a must. You communicate clearly, enjoy working in a team, and are fluent in English.
