YOUR PROFILE:

  • You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing or a related field with an availability of at least 6 months and 15-20 hours per week
  • Very good communication skills in German and English
  • General online marketing knowledge and practical experience with SEO, SEA, social media, and CRM
  • Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, etc.) and content management systems is desired
  • Analytical mindset and strong comfort with numbers, data analysis, and performance tracking
  • Previous experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus
  • Experience with project management tools such as JIRA & Confluence is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Performance Marketing Working Student. This position is ideal for you, if you have general online marketing knowledge, strong analytical skills, and practical experience with tools like CMS, SEO, or SEA.
You will play a crucial role in coordinating agencies and suppliers, supporting the ongoing marketing efforts, and ensuring the smooth operation of key website tasks. You will play a key part in enhancing the efficiency of our online marketing efforts and driving our growth forward.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the ongoing development and improvement of the website, including coordination of updates, features, and optimizations
  • Implement and manage marketing automation strategies on the website to drive lead generation, nurture campaigns, and improve user experience
  • Assist in the coordination of SEO and SEA efforts, ensuring that all online marketing activities are optimized for visibility and performance
  • Regularly analyze data from different marketing activities (website, SEO, SEA, email campaigns, etc.) to provide actionable insights and help shape future strategies
  • Manage day-to-day communication with agencies and freelancers, scheduling appointments, tracking project progress, and ensuring timely payments
  • Take ownership of smaller projects (e.g., website updates, marketing campaigns) by managing deadlines, tracking progress, and reporting on outcomes
  • Assist in executing online marketing activities (e.g., LinkedIn campaigns) with a focus on content distribution, audience engagement, and performance tracking
