Description Chevo is hiring an experienced Performance Measurement Analyst I to join our expanding firm. This position provides the opportunity for significant client interaction by learning the client’s business and becoming a trusted advisor. Ideal candidates will demonstrate versatility in understanding and performing work related to Performance Management, Data Analysis and Evaluation in the Intelligence Community (IC). Duties and Responsibilities: Leads data-gathering and analysis, designs and conducts research Develops databases and spreadsheets, creates process flow diagrams, drafts project reports, training materials, and other deliverables Performs instructional design and multi-media responsibilities and performs training and knowledge sharing. Responsibilities

The analyst will lead data-gathering and research efforts while developing databases, process flow diagrams, and project reports. Additionally, the role involves instructional design, multi-media content creation, and facilitating training and knowledge sharing.
