In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing multi-channel performance marketing campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions for our diverse portfolio of clients. The Big Picture: Araby Brand, a dynamic digital marketing agency in the MENA region, specializes in performance marketing tailored to each client's unique needs. Our goal is to become a leading agency in the EMEA region, while ensuring that we remain an exceptional place to work. Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across multiple channels, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other digital platforms. Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and achieve KPIs such as CPA, CPC, ROAS, and LTV. Utilize a deep understanding of digital analytics and data to perform A/B testing, optimize landing pages, and refine audience targeting strategies. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Content, and Analytics, to ensure cohesive and impactful marketing strategies. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, performance marketing, and growth hacking. Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth mindset within the team. Develop detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders. Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize campaign performance. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within a digital marketing agency. Proven track record of managing and optimizing successful multi-channel digital marketing campaigns. Expertise in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and others. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex strategies to clients and stakeholders.
