The Performance Media Manager is responsible for leading the implementation, delivery, and optimisation of performance media campaigns across the News Corp network and other major publishers on behalf of clients. This role ensures the seamless management of campaigns throughout their lifecycle, including forecasting, setup, QA, pacing, optimisation, and reporting. With a focus on accuracy and compliance, the Performance Media Manager mitigates risks to revenue by addressing under-pacing campaigns, resolving creative delays, and adhering to ad product rules and auditing standards. Leveraging deep expertise in performance media, they influence booking practices to prioritise on-net inventory, optimise campaigns to achieve client outcomes at the lowest cost, and test new products to ensure margin requirements are met. Accountabilities & Responsibilities Campaign Management & Delivery Successfully manage and deliver performance media campaigns throughout their lifecycle, including pre-campaign forecasting, setup and QA, go-live pacing, optimisations, and end-of-campaign reporting. Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail while working under pressure to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Identify and resolve under-pacing campaigns to mitigate revenue risks, ensuring timely and effective optimisations. Proactively address outstanding digital creative issues to ensure campaigns launch on time and meet client expectations. Compliance & Best Practices Uphold ad product rules and ensure adherence to auditing compliance standards across all campaigns. Ensure accurate forecasts to prevent poor campaign practices, such as over-bidding, that negatively affect margin. Influence the acceptance of bookings by hedging high-risk inventory with alternate solutions, while prioritising and maximising on-net inventory. Team Development & Collaboration Coach and develop partner team members, providing first-level support for their tasks and fostering a high-performance environment. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign strategies align with client outcomes and organisational goals. Product Testing & Validation Test and validate new products to ensure they meet margin requirements and deliver value to clients. Provide actionable insights and feedback to improve product performance and alignment with market needs.
