Description

ABOUT CONVERGE MARKETING

Converge Marketing is not your average agency. We move fast, think big, and play to win. We are a 20-year old boutique performance marketing powerhouse on a fast track to expanding its impressive client portfolio through relentless performance innovation. With a roster that includes AT&T, Leaf Home, and Erie Home, Converge delivers measurable results across a wide range of industries through creative strategy, media expertise, and data-driven execution. Our team is fast-moving, fun, and fearless. We combine inventive thinking with relentless execution to win in a competitive digital landscape. From client partnerships to internal operations, every member of our high-energy team plays a critical role in driving results.
We’re hiring a proactive and analytically sharp Performance Media Partner & Analytics Manager to join our performance marketing team, focused on lead generation campaigns across home services and adjacent verticals. This role is central to scaling and maintaining partner relationships, optimizing digital media campaigns, and helping ensure we hit client-level margin goals.
The ideal candidate is someone who brings confidence, clarity, and calm under pressure — someone who’s equally comfortable digging into pivot tables and Looker Studio dashboards as they are leading a partner call or aligning internal stakeholders. They’ll play a critical role in daily operations.

Responsibilities
  • Manage performance-focused third-party media partners across multiple accounts, leading weekly calls, tracking performance, and driving ongoing optimization.
  • Interpret and act on data using Excel and Looker Studio — spotting trends, identifying issues, and recommending adjustments to improve campaign ROI.
  • Serve as the internal project quarterback — liaising across departments (data, media, operations) to ensure initiatives are executed, tracked, and optimized.
  • Support broader account strategy by helping maintain a clear and stable view of how each partner fits within the overall client book.
  • Work alongside Coordinators through daily collaboration, modeling best practices in organization, execution, and communication.
